Can my Virtual Card be used multiple times?
No, the Virtual Card is a one-time use card and can only be used for a single purchase. To make another purchase using PayBright, you can generate another card by clicking on the link in the email or text message you receive from PayBright and following a few short steps. You will not need to complete a new application for the new virtual card once you’ve already been approved.
What happens if I have multiple items in my cart?
Your Virtual Card can be used for one single purchase payment, regardless of how many items you are buying with that purchase.
What if I called you and you made a Special Package just for me?
This is no problem at all. Once you approve your itemized quote that we email to you, we'll create a special product on our website for your whole order. You can then check out on the website using your Virtual Card.

You can use your card when you check out on this website, just like you are using a credit card. Simply select “Visa” as the payment option and enter in your Virtual Card details (first and last name, credit card number, CVV) in the credit card payment field.
What is the limit on my Virtual Card?
You can use your Virtual Card for one purchase of up to your approval amount. PayBright will fund your card with your approved amount and the card will expire immediately after you use it.
Will my payment plan terms be adjusted to reflect the actual purchase amount?
When you apply for a Virtual Card, PayBright show you the expected installment payment amount and other payment plan terms based on the purchase amount you enter. If the final purchase amount varies from the original amount entered, your installment payment amount and other payment plan terms will adjust automatically. PayBright will email you a copy confirming your final installment amount and all the details of your payment plan.
What happens to any unused approval amount? Does my card expire?
You can use your Virtual Card to make a single purchase that is less than or equal to your approved amount. Your approval amount with PayBright will remain valid until the first time you use your card, or your card expires. Once the card expires, you can quickly create a new PayBright virtual card by clicking on the link in the email or text message you receive from PayBright and following a few short steps. You will not need to complete a new application for the new virtual card once you’ve already been approved.
What happens if my purchase is higher than the amount on my Virtual Card?
If your purchase amount is higher than the amount on the Virtual Card, you can request a higher purchase amount with PayBright and generate a new card image in your Virtual Card Screen. This will automatically cancel your card and payment plan request. Approval for higher amount is not guaranteed.
Where can I find my Virtual Card after I apply?
To access your Virtual Card, PayBright will send you an email and text confirmation with a link to your Virtual Card. Click the link to access your card.

What happens if I chose to return my purchase or receive a refund?
If you return your entire purchase or receive a full refund, your PayBright payment plan will be cancelled and you will no longer owe anything for the purchase (our normal return/refund policy applies). If you have already made a payment on your purchase, the payment will be returned to the same account you used to make the payment. If you return only a part of your purchase or receive a partial refund, the refunded portion of your PayBright payment plan will be cancelled and you will continue to owe the balance. Your installment payments will remain the same, but your payment plan will be paid off sooner as a result of the refund. In the event of any refund, you will receive an email from PayBright confirming the transaction and the amount you still owe, if any.
