So while I have not had the rims I've purchased mounted yet (it is winter) I've just been busy at work! I just have to say this. I live in Ontario and there are numerous bike shops between here and P.E.I. unfortunately not one of them got back to me if I left a message inquiring or they were rude and pushy to the point where I just did not want to do business with them. I found Havoc through a web search and I was all about buying from a Canadian store, not saying the product or supplier was not from out of country. I just wanted the end sale to stay in my home Country, would be nice if the product was manufactured here as well. Anyways enough of that... after reaching out to many shops HAVOC was the one to call back, answer questions and seemed to be very knowledgeable so boom they got my sale. The after sale service was great as well. They called me to let me know they received my rims and inspected them I believe they pushed in proper bearings as per conversation and they shipped them to my door, awesome awesome service! Only thing I wish but they just shipped too darn fast I was meaning to call them back and have tires mounted from them as well.
I would and have recommended them to others and have come to find out others I know have also purchased from them with great experiences as well!
