Harley Davidson motorcycles with ABS brakes (2008 -current) require one ABS bearing per wheel and one non ABS bearing per wheel

2000-2001 touring models utilize 3/4" rear wheel bearings

2000-2007 touring models utilize 1" front wheel bearings.

2002-2007 touring models utilize 1" rear wheel bearings

2008+ touring models utilize 25mm bearings front and rear.  If you have ABS brakes 1 ABS bearing per wheel is required.  2014+ touring models with bigger than stock front wheels require an ABS compensating bearing for the size wheel you are running (21+)as opposed to a standard ABS bearing.  The rear wheel uses a standard ABS bearing.

2000-2006 Softails utilize 3/4" bearings front and rear

2007 Softail's utilize 25mm front bearings and 3/4" rear bearings

2008 + Softails's utilize 25mm bearings front and rear except the Cross Bones.  The Cross Bones is 3/4" front and 25mm rear bearings.  For 2015+ softails with ABS brakes and a larger than stock front wheel the ABS compensating bearing is required.  

2000-2003 Dyna's utilize 3/4" bearings front and rear

2004-2005 Dyna's utilize 1" front bearings and 3/4" rear bearings

2006-2007 Dyna's utilize 1" bearings front and rear

2008 + Dyna's utilize 25mm bearings front and rear.  If you have ABS brakes 1 ABS bearing per wheel.  For 2016+ FXDLS with ABS and a larger front wheel an ABS compensating bearing is required in the front wheel.

HHI Neck Rake Builders Kit

HHI now offers a weld-on replacement neck section for bagger/touring models. This piece provides correct frame geometry for installing a 23", 26", or 30" wheel when installed with our FL raked triple trees. Trees are available in machine or black anodized finish. We provide this as a kit with our trees and correct extensions / inserts for the applications listed in the options below. Other parts mentioned below are sold separatley.

Trees work with all 1987 and up Bagger/ touring models with standard late model ignition location.

2014 and up kits are now available for all touring models.

Builders Kit Features  

• The frame neck rake kit weld on piece adds 9 degrees on the 26" and 30" kit, 7 degrees on the 23" kit.

(Factory Frame Rake=  26 degrees)
• Factory Triple Tree rake is 4 degrees. Our trees are a 12 degrees for the 30" kit, 9 degrees for the 26" kit and, 7 degrees on the 23" kit for a total of 7 degrees.

• This kit can be installed with the motor in the frame (well protected during welding & painting of course). However, it doesn’t take much more to pull the motor allowing a full color match paint job on the frame.

• Using our kit the neck is extended 1.5” forward and 1” up on both the 30" and 26" kit. (The 23" kit extends 1" forward and 1" up.)

• The total resultant rake using our neck rake builders kit is 40 degrees for a 23" wheel, 44 degrees for a 26" wheel, and 47 degrees for a 30" wheel.

•The resultant trail will provide proper handling at both low and hi speed.

•Roadglide Models: The HHI inner fairing mounting bracket in this kit has been modified & extended to allow adequate clearance for the triple trees. Choose the Roadglide option in the options below to include our fairing mount bracket.

THE 30", 32", AND 34" KITS INCLUDE A 9 DEGREE SHORT NECK AND 12 DEGREE TREES FOR A TOTAL RAKE OF 47 DEG.
THE 26" KIT INCLUDES A 7 DEGREE SHORT NECK AND 9 DEGREE TREES FOR A TOTAL RAKE OF 42 DEG.

BOTH KITS INCLUDE A TEMPLATE, FORK EXTENSIONS AND NECK BEARINGS.

•Roadglide Models: The RG kit inlcudes our all steel adjustable fairing mounting bracket which allows precision locating of the fairing assembly. Choose the Roadglide option in the options below to include our fairing mount bracket.

 Road King Fiberglass Raked Nacelle, available for 26" wheel standard or shortneck or 30" shortneck application. Choose option below.
